Founder and President
Gerald Colasurdo has established his respected reputation with over thirty years of experience. He is the founder as well as the past and current president of the New Jersey Professional Process Servers Association, a Certified Process Server and a member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers.
Originally a chemical engineer, Jerry first got his start in the industry when helping out a friend who was an attorney. Without anyone to serve the document, he asked for Jerry's help which eventually turned into a full-time business. His years of commitment and devotion are shown in every job that passes through DGR.

Due Diligence Dept. Supervisor
Kim brings to DGR extensive experience in the legal field, working within law since 1972. Joining DGR over ten years ago Kim brought along her expertise and currently oversees all incoming and outgoing work product within her department. Handling pre-service and post-service due diligence inquiries, litigation diligent inquiries, property inquiries and owner searches as well as postal inquiries, Kim maintains a smoothly operated department where customer service always come first.

Foreclosure Dept. Supervisor
Michael has been with DGR since 1989 where he initially worked as a courier. Prior to working for DGR Michael managed a service department which covered New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. His background knowledge in this field helped him quickly move forward within the company. As DGR grew Michael took on greater responsibilities and as departments became more task specific he headed many levels of the business to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Litigation Dept. Supervisor
Another long term DGR employee, Robert began working with DGR in 1993 as a courier for a brief period and later moved to our subpoena dept. As DGR expanded Robert took over the litigation and summons and complaints department. Prior to DGR he worked as an executive in steel shelving manufacturing in Newark.

Process Service Supervisor
Overseeing the outgoing messenger work as well as overall process service in the office, Arthur has been with DGR since 1994. Taking on the position of Process Service Review Specialist and later moving on to his current role he has quickly become an expert in the area of process service. Previous to his work with DGR Arthur worked as a Customer Service Manager for Maxon AutoGroup.

Billing Dept. Supervisor
Terry covers the review of server affidavits to ensure correct completion and compliance with local, state and national laws. Coming to DGR in 2002 from her previous position as a bank manager, Terry's strong attention to detail means that every portion of each affidavit that passes through DGR conforms with the law.

Process Service Review Supervisor
Heading the status update department, Beth Wathne has been with DGR since April 2007. Dealing with our servers on a daily basis to maintain up to date statuses she ensures our clients have the information they need to move forward with their cases. Prior to joining DGR Beth, who was a piano performance major in college, taught piano for over 30 years.

Out of State Department Supervisor
Anthony oversees the out of state department, ensuring quick and efficient service outside of New Jersey. Dealing with constables and the government agencies of other countries, Anthony and his team also work hard to make sure services are completed as quickly as possible out of the country. Following the rules of Letters Rogatory and the Hague Convention the out of state department knows all of the appropriate and fastest venues for service within a given country. Before joining DGR Anthony worked for Chase in sales.
